Academic Information
Enrollment and Fees
The enrollment fee must be paid at the time of registration and will be valid for the entire academic year.
The cost of books, which varies depending on the level and course, will be added where applicable.
Payment of fees shall be monthly or annually, in cash or by direct debit, and must be submitted in advance between the 1st and 10th of the corresponding period. In the case of annual fee payments, these must be paid in advance and under no circumstances will the amount paid be refunded.
When payments are made through periodic installments, it should be noted that the fee calculation has been made, as is standard in all private centers, based on a sufficient group of students.
In the event of variations in the number of students due to external circumstances, Acadèmia Sarroca reserves the right to modify the fee amounts, providing one month’s notice.
Students requesting private lessons shall pay for the agreed classes at the beginning of the month. In the event of being unable to attend and with prior notice, an alternative class may be arranged, but under no circumstances will
the money paid be refunded. Arranging classes means contracting the services of a teacher, who commits to reserving a specific schedule for the student and not accepting other work offers during that time. Therefore, we ask the student, and in the case of minors, the parents, to consider themselves equally committed.

Internal Regulations
If a student does not fulfill their obligations, we reserve the right to move them to a different class. We may also change a student’s level if there are pedagogical reasons to do so and if recommended by the teacher.
Students who do not pass the exams during the course must repeat the entire level or only a part of it, as recommended by the teacher.
Non-attendance at class does not exempt the student from paying the fees, even if the absence is prolonged.
A student will be considered withdrawn from the moment they communicate it to the teacher or the Acadèmia Sarroca office, bearing in mind that if the receipt for the current month has already been generated (they are generated at the beginning of the month), the withdrawal will take effect the following month. Under no circumstances will refunds be made for amounts already paid.
Acadèmia Sarroca reserves the right not to start or to cancel any group that does not have at least four students.
If it is not possible to transfer the students to another group, the unused portion of the paid fee will be refunded.
If two or more classes cannot be taught for any reason and the school does not offer any type of alternative or make-up session, the amount will not be refunded, but will instead be deducted from the next payment. Acadèmia Sarroca reserves the right of admission.
The act of enrolling implies agreement with the conditions set forth herein.
Placement Test
To ensure that students are placed in the class corresponding to their level, a written test lasting approximately 40 minutes may be required.
Student Obligations
- Minimum attendance of 90% of classes
- Punctuality
- Full attention and participation
- Mature attitude
- Responsibility regarding the completion of homework.
- It should be noted that the exercises given for home study form a very important part of the course and, if they are not completed, the student’s progress is diminished.

We utilize new learning and collaborative work technologies through the Multimedia and Interactive Digital Classroom, allowing our students to train using the technologies of the future.
We download and open applications directly from the Multimedia and Interactive screen, connecting students to a constantly expanding world of educational applications.
We deliver dynamic classes; our teaching software facilitates the creation and delivery of interactive lessons, motivating students to participate actively in their training.
